update to 6.2.A.1.100 done via Flashtool, as xfahim advised!

seems to work fine!

Camera start up is a bit faster that is all I have noticed yet!

JB update .100 still has dialer lag..

Still AM/PM indication bug remain walkman problem yet to try..It may solve the ablum app problem.

but it not much great update.

A great disappointed for those who want to used thrid party calling app such as viber/skype due to dialer lag problem..

I never user viber, I had skype though, but even after uninstalling skype I still had the call bug, answering was a pain in the boot! :F

But now it's solved! At least with me it's a slide and answer! 😐

If Sony has uploaded the opensource of this firmware, can devs import fixs and what not like these (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2249341) and upload a ftf for us to flash via flashtool? I mean, will it be sighned? Is it only for CFW? Wouldn't it be nice? Wouldn't it?

It may be open source, but that doesn't mean that you can simply change it, recompile and flash it in - without Sony signing that modified firmware (which is never happening), it's still unusable for phones with locked bootloaders.

I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but I think that the 'changes' people seem to be experiencing are  merely placebo and nothing more. I've done a comparison of the two firmwares' files and found no substantial changes (though the default CPU governor is now ondemand in 6.2.A.1.100, was interactive in 6.2.A.0.400). The kernel's just a few hours older than the one used in 0.400 (Mar 13 11:51:07 2013 vs Mar 13 22:59:33 2013) and the system id (/system/etc/AT/system_id.cfg) shows a difference of just three (u8500-49020911-P3A_EC05 vs u8500-49020914-P3A_EC05). In other words, this was likely just a very minor corrective update, presumably to fix an issue identified in 0.400 just as it was being pushed out (which would have been too late to recall). But that's just my speculation of what happened, so there might be a twist to the story that is unknown to us. Moreover, I do not have a plausible explanation for why it took so long for this update to be pushed out, nor why the open source archive only recently popped up.

It's not the update you were hoping to get. No, I'm not labeling everyone claiming to see improvements as liars, but just misled by the unfortunate timing of the update.

Which is my case... Anyway, the new new firmware is still okay for me, I noticed a slight ringtone lag when answering, like, swipe 1 second ringtone still going then answer! But still the games run smoother, phoneapp allot faster for me. 😐 Idk...

Oh oh... Oh noes! The album bug! I have the album bug now buuuuuuuuut, this happened AFTER getting a 16gig sd... Hmmm... Now I have to clear data on the System/Apps menu... All the time! This BUGS me!

I agree with taboo5200 Completely,

This update was push in order to satisfyt the user else not much is done on this update. Neither .400 or 1.100 JB update are certifed as other product such as T,V, or Z..  Sony had give us this update like nothing. If you look at build data it stating 13 Mar 2013.. So if the update was ready then why sony had delay this update. It was neither tested properly nor given to PCTRB for it certification.. So why delay..?? Hope some day we will get our answer.

I think Sony had loss it Ownership and creditibilty by giving this type of buggy update all time.

Definately sony is lossing market ground because it competitor are provide better and more feature such as good camera, Video call over (UMTS), good battery, good security feature etc..

I was using K550i sony phone, but now I think Xperai go will be my last sony phone.  In India even local brand such Micro Max, Karbon are providing some of above feature in lesser price..

Samsung is top because of it phone feature and update are proper atleast as compare to sony.

Some day Sony will learn or Sony will die. .

hey guys!  everything is okay now. i just updated something here and now the led light works on stamina mode. ty!

UPDATE on MISSED CALLS LED Notifications..

This didn't work for me. for New SMS LED notification,

I also tried it on missed calls.. But NO LED Notification on Active Stamina

Mode on the new update, AFAIK.
