Hi all !

Since the upgrade of my xperia Z1 in lollipop version, my jawbone UP band is not recognize anymore. I have a message like "headset unsupported'.

Everything went well before the upgrade.

Anyone had the same issue and knows how to solve it ?

I wrote a message to Sony support.

You have to contact jawbone as it's an issue with the band not being fully compatible with Lollipop jawbone up band

Thanks for your replay, I had contacted jawbone support as recommended by sony support.

I saw the website you provide me but the tips & tricks didn't work

That's odd that they are saying to contact Sony when it seems that it's lollipop and their products that aren't fully compatible
