Java error message when receiving SMS

Everytime I receive an sms an error message appears at the bottom of my screen, regardless of who the message is from.

This has been the case since I first owned the phone from new. 

I would be grateful if someone could help?

Do you experience the same while on >>> safe mode ?

Which messaging app are you using?

I am using the message app which came installed on the handset. 

I can try safe mode? But I wouldn't usually use the phone in that mode?

Hi, just put the handset in safe mode and received an sms. The error did not occur. Any advice on what to do next please?

The problem its caused by a third party app, not a preloaded app but an app that you've installed at one point, how to solve this, you have two options

Either uninstall app by app until you find the culprit or repair the phone with PCC and reinstall the apps, one at the time.
