java error during update to ICS

When is click on Check fog Updates, I receive the following error messsage

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate, browser: Chrome, and I have installed the latest Java version.

What could be the problem?

I do suggest trying to perform this task with the Update Service application. I have supplied a link below that will allow you to download and install this software.

When pressing Reload or Ignore can you clarify what happens? does the application seem to crash or does it attempt to restart and provide the same result.
