First make sure that "Allow local conn." is enabled under Settings -> Connectivity -> Streaming settings.

If that doesn't help your routers firewall probably doesn't support "RTSP". Try turning off the firewall in your router or open the ports 554 and 8554 in the firewall.

I've done the 1st suggestion. Still cannot connect.
I can connect to all app, browsers, even 3rd party app such as opera mini. why just youtube?

Please try my other suggestion as well. Streaming of video uses another protocol (RTSP). The firewall in some routers doesn't support this protocol and therefore blocks it.

First thing to try is to enable proxy settings for default data account and leave proxy fields blank with ports set to 8080 by default + authentication set to 'none'. Start the latest opera mini browser in these conditions and test the buffer flow for streaming.

Same here. I can watch youtube with 3g but cannot with wifi. I use TL-WR841N  router. How to port in and disable router firewall?

I found the following guide for setting that router up for RTSP but i don't know if it's correct: http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/TP-Link/TL-WR841N/RTSP.htm.

If the guide is not correct i would recommend that you contact TP-Link: http://www.tp-link.us/support/contact/?categoryid=530
