it is very laggy after jb update

heyy guys.. plzzz fix this,..... it is being very laggy after the update..... even after dailing a number... call connects after 10 to 15 seconds...........

I have this on ICS. VERY often, my phone is very slow, to the point it takes nearly five minutes to open an app, and another 3-4 to get first actions dones, then after 5-10 minutes it gets back to normal. I have check if there was any app abusing memory/processor, but nothing.

Sony Experia, big mistake. Never again.

have you try to repair using PCC? Make sure your internet connection stable.
