Issues with PC Companion

My phone have several issues at the moment to connect to PC not recognize the phone, try with differents usb drives, but dosent work

review if theres a issue with the drivers but not work.

what i can do for fix this

Which OS are you running on your PC? All required drivers are either Windows standard ones or included in the PC Companion package.
