Issues after removing the asf sheet

Iam experiencing a crazy and extra sensetive screen when Ive removed the asf sheet is this normal?and how can i fix that,Iam willing to buy a screen protector but can i fix that without using a screen protector???

The display is very sensitive,that could be the reason.Did you try to apply a screen protector?
