Hi,
About 45 min ago, my phone completely shut down and since won't load anything. When I try to take out the battery and place it back, all it does is freeze on the "Sony" screen and the top half of the phone heats up like crazy. Is there anything that can be done to fix this issue or does it sound like my phone is hopeless and beyond repair?
