Can anyone help me to come out of a service issue? I facing with Sony India… I submitted Xperia Ray to one of the service center in india due to display problem on july 7th. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4p0-kv1cxA&feature=plcp). Poor Sony customer care executive not at all giving relevant information. As I following up with them since last to month, But no response till now. Finaly I fed up with the poor sony india support.
Now concern is my mobile will be in warranty till oct last week. Is there is any additional warranty by Sony if the service delay caused by Sony?
Please send me a PM with your contact info, such as phone number and e-mail address, and also Service ID and/or ticket ID if you have. As much info as you got simply.
