Issue with RAM/CAM etc

Dear Sony support team,

i am facing following problems on continues basis  :

1) LAG while swithing from video or from browser or simillar app ( have checked RAM uses showing only 121MB Free)

2) Front cam pics coming with lot of noise . ( I know lot of topics on this but just putting in list) main cam slow to 

3) battery drain after kitkat update (with JB T2 was giving awesome battery life)

what i understood either devloper or tester does not checked T2 properly after kitkat update which causing phone to Lag badly plus above probelms.

Also please note i want to remove below which I DONT NEED AT ALL :

XPERIA LOUNGE ,PLAY NEWSSTAND ,PLAY MOVIE , PLAY BOOKSSOCIALIFE , DRIVE. , LINE MESSENGER 

Please note with 1GB Ram what use of above apps which are just putting load on ram .. please just escalate this matter with your internal team so that next update is clean and helpful . 

sorry to say but this my 3rd sony phone but looking at price this is not good .

Hi,

First all Play apps and drives are native google apps.

2nd for line and such, are you buying it from a telco, that may be a preload from telco.

3rd Xperia Lounge, if you don't need it. YOu can always disable or uninstall it from some models of the phone.

As for the lag, please check any app is consuming alot of your ram to cause the performance drop and how often you restart your phone?

hi,

i do restart my phone couple of times a day.. do i need to do more?
i know this r native app but if they r no use for someone then we must get rights to remove it.
i have checked and found that setting taking 40mb of ram then fb n watsapp box etc... have purchased it from the mobile store and u cant uninstall it.
battery drain and cam issue r old and every one knows it so not commenting.. expecting good n clear update

I agree with the cam issue and battery, cause it's draining faster than jellybean one

You can uninstall anti virus since it keep working in a background all the time & even i got hardly 60 mb RAM free.So i think it's a Kitkat update issue.

I think you might be right., cause I got old android phone running custom rom 4.4.4 with 512 MB RAM it still got 1/3 Empty RAM

so I think this phone could perform better
