In this situation, I suggest that you contact Sony Mobile Customer Care, they will be able to advise if these can be replaced by the service agent.
I want some expert to be involve in this and get the solution or who else experienced before. Because, In near future it will be a great physical backup and a part of useful accessory for Z3 users especially.
If you contact a service agent from within your country, they will be able to supply the information you are looking for, this number in most cases is obtained from Sony Mobile Customer Care.
I'm sure that once your local Xperia Care Centre that you initially contacted gets some information they will contact you....in the meantime have you searched online for replacement caps
