Is installing Micro SDHC Causes Battery Draining or affects Charging process in Xperia L .. ?

i already bought this amazing phone 2 months ago and i loved it ..

the thing is that i decided to install a 8Gb SDHC card 3 days ago and strange things happened ..
battery doesn’t last as long and it takes more time charging plus it heats up more than the usual while charging ..
and all that disappear when i remove the SD card and things go back to normal again ..

so i was wondering if anyone knows why this happens or if there is a solution for it ..

This issue is strange. Maybe phone try to access to a file (a photo,video,mp3...) on the SD card that is corrupted)

Try to make a deep NTFS format of the SD card from a computer. Then put the empty SD card in the phone and check.

Also you can try another SD card

i did change the SD card to another one 4 days ago and it worked out "at least for battery over heat while charging part" ..

but it didn't help with battery draining anyway ..

yesterday i turned off google's location services and it kindda helped with the draining so far but yet the battery doesn't last as long as it was without the SD card which i didn't find any explaination for ..

about my old SD card it was empty the whole time it was in my phone plus it worked just fine in another phones which probably says that it was some sort of Compatability issue than a corrupted card ..
