I have updated my ARC S software to android 4.1.B.0.431
every thing was ok until some day the Internet didnt work i have checked the ip of my wifi it was a fix ip that i manually inserted before form advance menu under the wifi setting , so i wanted to change it it dosent work any more
i cannot open the tab
i tap the IP section on the advance menu but the window doesent pop up
so i decided to reset to factory default to solve the problem , i did, and the internet was ok as the ip which i had inserted before was erased . but again i cannot open the window for inserting manual IP what should i do?
on the other hand when i reset my phone all the program was erased and when the phone came up i understood there is no file manager app so i cannot access to my SD card in any way to install the program
how can i install this file manager ?
