My new Ion will not accept any headsets. They all lead to the blue screen of death, the phone shuts down. A major inconivence that needs resolving. Any ideas?
No phones included, something that puzzled the ATT/Sony folks as well. They walked me through all the software checks and even tried a complete factory reboot to no avail, does this model only work with a specific set of headphones?
I've gotten the blue screen a few times, for different reasons. Fortunately it didn't ruin my phone or anything. I purchased the Sony Stereo Headset MH750 online for like $14 and they're compatible with the Ion.
no problem with any headsets including bluetooth BUT sound is way too low, speakerphone and calls. What'sup with THAT SONY? I may have to bring phone back just because I have to be in a totally silent room to hear the calls without a headset.
anything that works yet. same blue screen here w/reboot right after. seems like it takes longer now but no matter the headphone/set same result. software? hardware? compatability?? i just wish I/we could find an answer.
