Just had the Ion for 3 weeks, now my microphone is dead. People can't hear me when I call them even when they call me they can't hear me either. Wonder if this is a fault thing..tried resetting but no luck.
I would suggest taking the handset back to the place of purchase as they may be able to help. otherwise I could suggest getting the handset to a service centre for repairs.
