My phone was at 100% when I started the process of updating my phone. When the file (update) download was completed and was, at the moment, installing, there was suddenly a prompt that said that the installion has failed. It indicated that there wasn't enough battery on the phone anymore. It was plugged in on my computer for roughly two hours. How is that possible? Anyway, I tried to charge the phone but it keeps on rebooting. It only shows the SONY logo. When I plug it, the LED light turns in green then the SONY logo comes up and the LED changes to red, then it shuts down and returns the the green LED light. It is in a loop. I tried running the update again but it still says that the battery is low. Please help me update this? It doesnt seem to charge.:smileyrolleyes::smileyconfused:
