Can I browse the internet through my phone using the internet via the USB. I don't want to use my service provider and I have no wifi here.
Not sure what you mean? Do you want to use the phone as a tethered modem?

Yes, but the other way around. my laptop as my modem instead of my phone.
I don't think that is possible ... I'm not sure that would work with any phone.
Why would you want to browse on you phone when it is connected to a computer that would be an easier option for browsing?
Actually, I want to update my apps, not the android system.
I'm still not 100% sure what you want to do?
My guess is that you pc is connected to the internet, you have no wifi - and you want to get apps on your phone without going through your mobile network operator?
