Internet settings are entirely dependant on network/ sim card. You contact your customer care on activating gprs or what ever service that is available with your network provider. After activating gprs just turn off the phone remove yur sim card and once again insert it and swithc on the phone or go to settings>wireless settings> basic phone settings and configure your network connection.
