Internet is not working

Dear team, plz help to solve this issue,
I am using Xperia c2305, in this handset I am facing problem to "download setting for internet and mms" is not proper installed that's why I am unable to use internet, while network showing H+ or 3G simble. I have done alredy 4 time reset and try many times to install internet setting but after 50%, error massage showing "couldn't download for sim1" plz do needfull.

Call your service provider and get them to push a APN Service SMS  to you, tell them exactly what you just said about the phone asking for you to set up MMS, and the tech should know what you're talking about. If they don't, get angry and ask for compensation... (JK... I hate telcos)
