Internet disconnection problems in sola

The Internet keeps disconnecting in my sola,I updated it with 184 but no fix. Gave the phone to service center and they flashed it and returned, the problem appeared to be fixed for a week and started again 😞

Can sony techies here help me what can be done????

Have you tried replacing your SIM-card? If the service center repaired the phone and the problem still persists it seems like there might be something wrong with it.

it's the faulty firmware, i have the same issues with update 188. before that i had general signal loss now it's mostly the internet, without even notifying it has been lost.

No doubt that if sony won't fix this soon, it may even expose sony to a possible law suit. if indeed so many devices suffer from so many issues. buy a handset which is not reliable for so many months

SONY DEV team - just fix the damn thing, please test the signal issues properly, and if it's a hardware defect in the novathor/network implementation then you should do a recall and refund the customers.

seems 2 b more of a device issue .. hv this isue of loosing network during powersave .. and subsequent resumption but nt otherwwise

did u check if u are using any power saver app.The apps usually switch off the the connection when the phone goes to sleep.I also had the same prob i uninstalled battery meter it worked after that

I tried uninstalling all apps, updated phone using SUS, tried with PCC, got it flashed at Sony service center but nothing helps!!!

Its irrespective of powersaver app status.

I also to used phone without SD card, formatted the card and then used it, reinserted the sim and also tried with other network sim, getting same issue still. PLEASE HELP!
