Internet Connection Problem

hi my z1 today has suddenly stoped using internet mobile data and wifi when im conected to either of them have full service and conection but cant use the apps or search the net on google crom everything says no internet connection can someone help please

That sounds strange. Have you tried to restart the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the unit vibrates?
