Internet Connection Problem

I am getting problem with the internet settings downloading with my BSNL sim card in Xperia M dual Model c2004. Whenever i try through settings< xperia<internet settings, it shows cell one south/ cell one east automatically and cannot download the settings. I have tried the manual settings with correct APN still i cannot get the connection. Kindly, help me to resolve this problem

Contact your carrier/network and ask them to send you the APN settings OTA, also it could be that your SIM card its too old or its acting up
