International Release Dates And Pre-orders

Hello!

I'm interested in buying up the Z2 basically the moment I can find someone to take my money. However, I'm in the US, and it seems that I cannot view the Z2 from the site from this region. Even more disheartening, there is no release date specified anywhere, and no inkling that it'll even be sold in the United States.

Is there a way to pre-order the Z2 phone as a US customer?

Also, will the US market be included in the broader May release? Or, more generally, will the US be included as an earlier market or a later market? Or the most generally, what markets are being targeted in the nearest future?

Unfortunately, I tried this before, and I was told that I was talking with technical support and not shopping support, and I was linked to that same page, even though it was how I got to the first person that I was talking to, and there were not separate links for shopping or technical support. This sort of puts me in an infinite loop.
