Internal storage

Two questions,

  1.  The Internal Storage of my Xperia U ST25a is full and I can't move, nor delete, some or all, the pictures (photos and/or videos) I have stored in the Memory.
I have copies of all them after "moving" them and after importing them to Picasa, but they all remain in my internal Storage.
  2. How can I move files from the Internal storage to the Phone Memory and viceversa. Phone Memory is the SIM card one?

As you can see, your white paper is far from being a friedly User's Handbook.

Regards,

You have to use a file explorer because I guess Picasa edits a file but does not alter it,so you end up with two files.

Thank you for your answer, but Picasa was only one example of my different trials.

I also tried to "move" to my laptop the DCIM files from the Internal Storage, but the photos and videos were copied and not "moved", remaining in the phone

The suggested solution of Settings >>> Apps >>> All >>>media storage, force stop and clear, it clears the Media Storage Apps but not all the Pictures. If I want to use it agai there is no more the Media Storage Apps.

Please, also answer my second question of my first posting.

Thanks,

Phone memory is not the SIM card.Phone memory is the memory where all apps are first installed. You can move an app by going into settings-apps-all,search for it and move to internal.
