internal storage reporting full

The phone has 25 gig of internal storage, but recently its been reporting only 2.47 gig available.

This is desipite all the apps, pictures,audio & downloads only adding upto WAY less than that..

apps 639MEG

pics,vids 2.53GIG

audio 28.84MEG

downloads 896K

available 2.47GIG ??

There is nothing in the downloads folder but still reporting 896k!

Wheres my missing 20gig or so ??

Also I wasnt able to copy videos from the phone to pc using windows or pc companion (file resource in use?)

Whats gone wrong ?

Any help?

Connect the phone to a computer and browse trough the folders. Most likely you've transferred something that doesn't appear in the storage menu for some reason.
