internal storage error

my phone is showing internal memory used as

Total space 4.01GB

Apps 569MB

Pictures,videos 2.62MB

Audio 544KB

Downloads 384KB

Misc. 232MB

Available 433MB

When the storage is not more than 1GB ahy it is whoing 433MB available only????

Please tell me the reason is it a bug ? what is the solution ?

Settings-apps-all-media storage,force stop and clear data.Restart and check again.
