internal storage disappeared

am already try to:  clear data for media storage, factory reset, and repair my phone using pc companion, but still i'v to clear internal storage first to make internal storage appear....and disappear again after roboot

Can you acess it directly from the phone with a file explorer?Or just from a computer cannot be accessed?

both of it....am using ES...its show sdcard0 (0.00B/0.00B)....only if i clear internal storage first to make it show the capacity (4.01GB)....sorry for my bad english

Try another repair of software with sony update service.If still not working,take the phone to a sony service.

I have same problem too.
I try to flash, factory reset, repair with sony pcc, but it still shown 0.00B on my internal storage. I've to clear it first to make my internal back to normal, then its back to 0.00B after reboot   Please help !!

Settings-apps-all-media storage,clear data and restart.If still nothing,take the phone into service.
