internal storage cant be detected by pc after connected to usb

after ics update, i try to connect my sola to pc using usb cable and it seems that my internal storage cant be detected. also, im not able to download any application from playstore. do you know how to overcome this? is it ok to do factory reset on my phone?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum!

You may need to have PC Companion installed on your computer for the phone to be able to be detected. You also need to make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player & the latest service pack for your OS installed.
