I have a problem with the internal speaker of xperia Z. It is too loud even if set to minimum volume and xLOUD mode off. When I'm having a conversation - everyone who's within 3-4 meters can quite clearly hear what I hear. None of the system updates solved the problem, neither did the reset to factory settings. On polish android forum there's a thread about this problem, but no solution. Some people are having this problem, the others not.
That is very strange indeed; I assume you have adjusted the volume down using the volume buttons whilst you have a call connected?

I assume you have not third party audio modification applications installed? If not then I can really only advise contacting your local Xperia Care team so that the phone may be assessed by an authorised repair agent.

I have a similar problem. Whne calling/receiving calls the loudspeaker is ALWAYS on full volume... hurting ny ear. Even if I adjust volume during the call, the volume is again on full when the next call comes in. I have NOT found a way to adjust from setting, adjusting from side (vol up vol down) is efective only during the ongoing call. PLEASE PLEASE help.
