internal Speaker problems - Xperia SP

had the phone since feb every roughly 4-5 weeks the internal speaker stops working and i have to use the loud speaker for anything when i do a repair it works for another 4-5 weeks anyone else had this problem?

Its probably an app causing this issue. when that happen boot on safemode
