I'm sorry sir.But the error was saying that you have filled your Internal storage with apps and data.

If you also put photos music and video in the internal storage it would certainly fill the internal storage quickly. So to overcome this, you can buy an SD card and move the photos music videos etc to there.

Xperia E3 has only 2GB of useable storage so i would expect it to be the same with C3 Dual.

A software upgrade is nothing more than to improve user's experience and it will not expand the internal storage whatsoever.

Sorry about that 😕

hi bud

Did you ever get a reply from sony concerning the storage issue?

I am having the same issue and it is frustrating cause you can do absolutely no updates or installs.

I think the internal storage of C3 is enough for normal use (my phone has around 2 GB free now)unless you install some heavy games that cannot move to SD. You should take time to see what big files are inside you internal storage. SD card is important for these kind of low price phones. It is not a software problem. You can ask your friends to know more about file management. Deleting some cache files or downloaded big files may be helpful. Good luck!

I am using 32 GB SD card purchased in Hongkong. It cost me only 12 US dollars. You can consider to buy one. Install the apps to internal storage, save everything to SD, especially the photos and videos.

I have a Sony Experia C3 dual sim running Android 4.2.2 Build 16.0.B.2.16. I have gone through the Sony Whitw Paper iuDlWd-Xperia_C3_D2533_WP_2.pdf. My problem is as follows:

RAM 621MB used 352MB free

DEVICE MEMORY Total space 0.98GB Available 170MB Apps 621 MB

Internal Storage 1.21GB 1.20 Available.

According the document cited above I should have 5.1GB or thereabouts available.

All my pictures, documents, videos, music are stored in a 32GB external card

If I add up Device Memory+InternalStorage I get barely 2GB So where has the 5.1GB gone?

I am fed up of Storage memory running out warnings. Only by deleting Facebook could I get upto 170MB free in Device Memory. Google Play Services takes up huge space. I am unable to update apps leave alone install new ones.

I have no games. I use only about 4 to 5 Apps.

Solution?

Android 4.2.2 Build 16.0.B.2.16?? Hello, I think you are talking about Xperia C, not C3! You should download the Xperia C manual.

same case with my phone.

but i have already trasferred media file to sd card.

and i already uninstalled other app in internal memory, but still, it will notify that there was no sufficient memory in phone.

i already clear date and clear cache each apps in the setting.

is there another way to do with this???
