internal memory low

My phone z3 has 8g internal memo capacity, i barely use 1g snd it wont accept any more downloads.pls help everybody

Settings > storage > how munch free internal storage do you see? 

do you get an error while downloading? 

RAM its not the same as internal storage.

tank u uliwooly, i see 7.63gb as total space and 7.02 as available space. It stops in d middle of download and pops up 'can't install due to insufficient storage", now i insert 8g sd card and it still give same problem.

Yes i get error msg while downloading and want to say internal storage not RAM.

That's rather odd, could you post a screenshot of the storage 

what if you try on >>> safe mode
