Internal Memory issues

Hi, I bought Sony Live with walk man in November 2011, I have seen the configuration for this mobile is 512MB RAM, so this will be help ful to upgrade to ICS and my phone internal memory is 320MB, please let me know can i able to increase my internal Memory size and if yes what can be the maximum possible memory size.

Is this normal and can I fix this: configuration for this mobile is 512MB RAM my is used: 340MB + free: 80MB = 420MB and will that eventually reduce? pls help

im using sony ericsson w8 .. my internal memory 140m something.. can i got a bigger internal memory to have more games..

You can't increase the INTERNAL memory

I was using sony live walkman phone. Now I bought experia. Am not getting how to transfer my data(mssg) from internal memory of live walkman. Please help.
