internal memory issue!!

hi..

i have installd more than 10-12 games and apps in my Live with walkman..nw the internal memory is hardly 40 mb.i hav transferd all d apps in SD card..bt its still 40 mb..and because of this i cant install more apps coz it says 'low internal memory'..plz help..!!!..my cel has the latest software update..

my basic question is how to clear phone memory to install more apps??

you will have to uninstall apps, not all apps can be moved to the sd card
