Insufficient Storage to Update apps

hello sony, 

why my xperia j can't move apps to sd card. when i go to settings>apps> it's not state move to SD card, but move to internal storage and move to phone, is it normal? i have 2 gb  sd card.

You can not move apps2sd, you will have to root your phone, partition your SD card then install apps2sd or links2sd

I'm.having the exact same problem everythings stored on my device I.have a 16gb memory card I don't know how to.root??
