Insufficient memory

hi as I don't have sufficient internal memory some applications such as hangout,facebook,twitter,chrome and etc... cant be moved to external memory card and so I couldn't install some update and I couldn't access  some applications is there any solutions to move such applications to memory card please help..

to be able to move apps to sd card you need to root your phone. and try apps like apps2sd
