Hello,
Is it possible to set the internal storage as the default storage to install apps? My phone storage is mostly full and when trying to install apps, I get a message saying that there's not enough storage. I tried to move installed apps to internal storage but the option is disabled. I have 13GB free space on internal storage.
Thanks.
I believe system apps cannot be moved to Internal storage that been the 32GB partition - However installed apps can be moved to Internal storage and if need moved back to what the phone calls Phone storage
Hi,
Thanks for your answer. I tried to move the apps to internal storage but for most apps, this option is disabled.
Yes some are because these are system apps or pre-installed apps - Those you install manually from say the Play store should be movable
Hi kbibi, If you go to google play you can download an app called "app2SD"
Install it and then transfer all the apps it recommends to the SD card. This will free up some space.
Do you have music/pictures on the phone as well?
If you do then you can transfer them over via the following instructions:
Step 1: Go to settings-
Step 2: Go to storage
Step 3: Under phone storage select" make more space"
Step 4: press next select whatever media you would like to go overto sd card example select music / pictures / or select all move to sd card
Thanks
