installing apps to sd card

Hello everybody!Would u plz guide me how can I install an app to sd card in xperia zr?2_ is it possible to move an istalled app from internal storage to sd card without any disturbance in function of app, if so how??? Tnx so much in advance!

Will this issue about zr be solved in future with software updates or will remain the same....also throw some light on kitkat update for zr
