Hi

my SK17i came with a 2GB memory card.

I want to replace it with a larger capacity card 8GB.

There are files on the 2GB card which must have been installed by the maker as I have not put anything onto the card.

Do I have to copy the files from the 2 GB to 8GB?

Also I have found a leather case for my phone made by PDair if anyone is interested.

If you are worried about losing important data from the old memory card then I would advise copying the data between the two cards via a PC.

No, you will not need to transfer files or folders that are related to the manufacturer of that SD card. simply drag and drop the files and folders relevant to the handset.
