Installation Problem @ Media Go

Hi Sirs,

I have xperia x10 mini and I cannot install the media go from my PC. I have to tried few steps from http://talk.sonymobile.com/message/244315#244315 but it didn't work for me.

Please give the suggest.

I have tried to connect my phone using different USB port in PC, also try remove SD card and put it back to the phone.

Also activating debug USB when conneting phone to PC.

I remembered when first time my phone connecting to PC with PC Companion all the features (I mean support zone, contact set up, sync zone n file manager) on it succesfully installed but not for Media Go. First time updating media go it took long time, but when the update almost finished, it was fail.
