Dear Sir;

Why do I always loose my display settings when I plug the moblie for charging ?

The skin brightness is set back to highest.

The BT,  Wifi, internet connection are back on.

I loose my desktop settings

So can u please tell is it a hardwear problem or just setting and how can I manage ?

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data.Check again.

still having the same problem. Forgot to tell, It always activates the day dream even if a set it to off mode

You should try to boot the phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

I have tried reboot in safe mode

Now It happens even with short presson teh on/off botton
