Initialbootsetup is not responding after upgrading to Kitkat version in Xepria Zr

Hi,

I have upgraded to Android Kitkat version and after restarting it still shows initialbootsetup is not responding...

Even my homescreen has disappeared...

To may need to perform a repair

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I had the same problem (phone screen black, Initialbootsetup is not responding message, and only the top toolbar showing icon, rebooting the phone does not help). This procedure helped me to recover a full working phone, even if all parameters are erased.

I tried this but the software will simply not recognize my phone.
