incredibly slow charging

when i bought this phone its take around 1hr to fully charged but after month now its take around more than 5 hrs to fully charged ...is anyone having the solution ????and i didnt rooted my phone

Some applications running in the background can cause charging issues. Try unistalling some applications which are not standard.

O well,

My Xperia SP (and I am sure no one elses) has ever fully charged in just 01 hour provided you are charing from 70-75% battery level. In normal circumstances the phone takes about 3 hour to fully charge from 0%.

tips for faster charging:

turn off bluetooth, gps, mobile data, wifi

dont use the phone while charging 

never discharge battery below 25 percent if battery level is below 10 percent it may take very long time to fully charge

Note: normal charging time with sony charger is 2 hours 45 min to 3 hour 15 min

Also, when you plug the phone in, the screen may turn on and stay dim but not off.  Press the power button to turn off the screen (you don't have to turn phone completely off), and it will charge much faster.
