Increasing riingtone volume option does not work

Hi,

The "Increasing ringtone" under Settings-Sound checkbox has no effect. The phone starts to ring always wit the set volume, it ignores this checked option.

Try to force restart your phone(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

I have done a full "repair" via Sony Bridge for Mac but it did not help. This checkbox has no affect at all.

Visit a nearby sony centre as it may be hardware related.

Upgraded to KitKat, still does not work.
