increase battery lifespan???

hi i have sony xperia s LT26i. i just want to know if it is better to fully charge the battery to 100%( i.e till the battery show green without the lightning icon) or till when the notification light becomes green.Which one is better and will make my battery better. Thanks.

With the battery used in Xperia S it's not necesary to always charge it to 100% or to let it discharge completely. Just charge it as often as you like.

I need one clarification, i see even in Sony official site mentioned Battery can be charged even after its 100% and whenever its required. But normally when a battery is charged recurrently or even after battery is fully charged. Seen that battery life is impacted and it starts to bulge and requires a battery change.

What makes difference in Sony battery or whats the concept behind this?
