Why is it that my Xperia arc S can't received international calls? Got no problem with messages and local calls.
I would speak to your carrier - it may be something on your account which isn't allowing
the calls.

I agree that's a carrier/network issue

I think it's not the service provider since when the SIM will be put back to the old phone, everything is fine!
Got no problems if the SIM will be inserted back to the old phone.
