INCOMIG CALLER ID

Please help!!! I am having problems with my Experia E1, it does not show the INCOMING CALLER ID. I have tried everything I can do but I just dont know how to do it.

Settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Also check with your operator that you have caller ID enabled in your subscription.
