In ear problem

While on call I can't hear sound properly and the other guy too can't hear me properly. I just runned the diagnostic test n it showed problrm in in ear speaker. I just bought the phone a month before
Even magnetic dock charger is not working

You could try to deactivate noise cancel under Settings -> Call -> Noise reduction.
