In call backlight issue

Whenever I make or accept a call, the backlight switches off which means I cannot hang up from a call - which can be a slight issue when the other person doesn't pick up! The only way I've found that fixes this issue is to keep pressing the power button until the back screen flickers on. As I'm sure you'd agree, this is not a particularly efficient solution, and can still take a whole lot longer than a simple press of the "End Call" button should.

I have tried to update/repair my phone through PC Companion, but it insists that my phone is working perfectly.

Any advise please? I really don't want to have to send my phone off AGAIN!

make sure that nothing its blocking the proximity sensor, also you could repair your phone with SUS

I had this bug on V4.1.2. In 4.3 its gone. Instead of this stamina still doesnt work for me. (JB 4.3)

hi guyz!!!!!! i have an issue with my phone and i hope to help me  after my new update '.201' on xperia sp ,everytime i call to someone,my screen  turns black,so i cant use my keyboard or loudspeaker and the most , if i want to press a number to put card i cant .....so, anyone can help me? thank u !!!!!!!!!!!
